Happy Thursday, everybody!! Tonight is the live eviction and we'll see Derek X. get evicted. (Told y'all nothing would change. Same formula, different week. Blah.) In other news, Xavier did his solitary punishment and it will end tonight (I think during the live show? He mentioned something about Julie letting him know, if I heard that right. We'll see.)
This is also the last week of that stupid High Rollers twist. The only two HG's eligible for the twist this last week is do-nothing-Derek F. and probably Hannah. The winner will get "The Coin of Destiny" or something like that. I don't know. I really don't care anymore. lol
Moving on...

ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see the diversity this season and that they all stuck together to get the 6 cookout members to the end BUT it does not make for entertaining viewing. Once the last 6 r left Hopefully it gets a little more entertaining. I do not even watch the full episodes anymore. I just check in w/ u and watch Thursdays only. If this is the future of big brother there is no future. 😔😵😥

ReplyDeleteI can't help wondering if the lack of drama,shiftless play and lying as a second nature is a commentary on the previous seasons made up of nearly all white house guests. These folks in the "Cookout" have their differences and disagreements, but have never deterred from their commitment to one another. They soon will have to begin playing for themselves and while I look forward to a bit more element of surprise, I really admire the solidarity to this point.
ReplyDeleteI wonder...is it about playing the game or about a person of color winning the game? In previous seasons, it wasn't about "oh, let's have a white person win the game."
ReplyDeleteEvery alliance in BB history has been mostly (if not all) white. With bb finally being diverse, the cookout came together with one goal of helping one of them get to the end/win the game. Put the shoe on the other foot and you'd understand/see from the cookouts perspective. Unity.
DeleteWHY is Derek F still in the house? Does he ever get out of bed (maybe to eat?). Surely he’s the most useless houseguest this season, if not ever. I thought the goal was to get rid of floaters and he’s certainly the biggest floater there (pun intended).
